What kind of game is this? Do you intend on commercial release? If so be wary that if your game has vampires in it, there is a book and a series already named that. It is also the name of a 2004 RPG.

I only represent one fifth of the current staff, and the other four fifths might totally love your idea, as is. If it does become a rule, you can be assured that I will enforce it. :)

I would be open to it being a pinned suggested guidelines, but not as rule enforced.

It was said for you to make a template for the STAFF to look over. I am totally against having to have screenshots. Maybe the game is not developed enough to have one, or do you want them to put "placeholder" screenshots to pass the litmus test? I am against having to list the characters in...

@FANGirl Looking at what Xyphien said: I did not think that it was intended for all to see, but initially the staff. Since it went public first, I publicly vote NAY. Attention to details.

@lilypuff The C-64 was my first computer too. Giving me flashbacks of saving games on cassette player, and having an external 300 baud modem.

Welcome to the community @lilypuff . My memory of playing my first RPG dates pretty close to when Atari came out. RPGs were books, paper, and pencil back then. ;)
