AHHHH! So much stuff to get done by tomorrow. My one day off will be dedicated to getting this site situated, and everything functional!!!!!

I can always attempt to get a homepage type of thing going if you all would really like to. However, with my experience with the homepage on Xenforo it's extremely complicated, and the owner of the program doesn't like to help out much... at all.

Spamming is breaking the rules. That user can make 150 quality posts in a day, yes. However, he will not have the popularity of the members to make it far most likely. Someone who has been posting a lot for a while with 1,000 views could not be as popular and have the common vote as a member...

This is true, so I went ahead and lowered it down to 150. This way people who are newer, yet are still active have a chance to catch up :) Such as Iron Croc :D I've updated the post to add more information, so it'll behoove you to look it over once more.

I'm unsure as to what you're referring too, if you could quote it, and or explain differently to help me out, that'd be great :)
