So after seeing the SKARP razor project and seeing how it brings nearly no promise of what the people want. I thought I'd take a break from anything gaming and wanted to create something like this myself. So as a no experienced person I do what I normally do. I self teach myself to create and go through the trial and errors of my research. However I remembered I am blessed to be a part of an awesome community

So I thought I'd ask you guys for some help and opinions as well. I have done some research and I still could use any bit of help from anyone who may know so that I don't have to go thoroughly in depth with things. To cut down time to research all around the internet and to verify if the information is correct, I decided to ask you guys. If this project some how manages to be a success, I will surely donate a large lump some to the community So let's do this together!!

The Goals
The Goal is to be able to do the following:

1. Burn hair of all colors from black to blonde
2. Not be strong enough to cause harm to the skin
3. Be incredibly small enough to be made into a razor sized object. (blade and handle all together)
4. Last long and be rechargeable

What We Have So Far
The following is the data we have accumulated as of: 12 MAY 2016:

1. We can currently burn all hair colors except Blonde hair
2. Violet or Blue would be the best candidate color for burning
3. We do not know the mW that would be enough to burn hair
4. We know iPin is the currently known smallest laser made but does not burn
