Hello! I suppose it's just a bit late for a welcome :D. I know that struggle, lol. It seems I always end up with the most work on the days I really want to be making something :c

I always thought the purple shading made the portraits look kind of muddy - Not my cup of tea. I'm still having the great internal debate about whether I want to draw some kind of animal or a person. XD

Your artwork isn't always the prettiest, but there's no contest here - it's the most expressive. I'm especially digging that sixth panel for some reason. XD

I have nothing against ads as long as they aren't popping up in my face or vulgar. I totally understand needing to have an extra source of revenue, so I think it's just fine. Edit: I'm not for or against the idea, so I didn't cast a vote. Is there any way we could have a neutral option? xS
