It would be nice if you could show me the plugins that you are using that would be needing the backgrounds. I'll setup a plugin where you can place any background for the default menu themes and the others that are not, etc. :)

Game_Interpreter does not save your current / present modifications inside. Game_System does that, since when you save your files, all the data inside Game_System is saved as well. If you want to show busts outside the message box, it would be nice if you would be able to create a ghost window...

It depends how the Action Battle System works or behaves. I will put it on that way, as it is how it should be priced. A simple hack and slash (no projectiles), will cost around $100, while having complex projectiles, motions, etc will be around $1500 to $2000 for me.

I have already made a plugin that does this, called the Battle Engine Lotus, that makes action sequence for each character. They are inlined below the battle status, but you can change their direction to either lower or upper portion of the battle scene.

Losing subscribers in YouTube is sad, but gaining no subscriber seems to be a sadder situation.

There is no battle involved in that plugin.
