Alright. So, I slightly fixed the mobile theme. However, the theme has some flaws. Such as if you go to the resources section whilst in mobile mode. The logo/banner is at the bottom of the page instead of the top. Small things like that, however, I feel like the mobile theme is better/less...

Users will have to scroll down, and manually change the theme to the mobile theme. And then manually change back upon logging into the desktop. It isn't the most efficient, but the best thing I can do at this moment. So, this theme won't be affected at all.

I'm looking into a more mobile friendly theme that will have less features in it, and be more reliable for mobile users.
