I believe they stated that the background will come with the purchase of RMMV, if this is the case, they're providing it for commercial use upon anything RPG Maker MV related I could only assume. I'd of course contact them ahead of time and ask for clarification prior to doing this. As of now...

You sir, just won a gold star from me. FF 2/4 is one of my all time favorite games out there. I've played it so many times! I actually recently bought a SNES again, and I'll be buying FF 2/4 once I'm back in the states, though it's mildly expensive for a snes game...

It's not the stone look, it's the Bevel. You can turn off the Bevel, and turn the text into an image, then hit it with some dodge on the top, and Burn on the bottoms to create a more in-depth look than the bevel :) I like this :) You should try putting "RPGMaker MV" rather than RM MV Forums...

This would be the only version. No light or dark, because it's a little of both. Below the image is nothing but black, etc. Edit: I could make this the dark theme:

I removed the Bevel/Emboss from them pretty much. I made a replica to test how it'd look without the Bevel/Emboss. Ever since I started graphics, Bevel/Emboss has always been that one thing that I didn't care for :/

Seeing all the feedback from the community, I won't have a strict limit in the upcoming events like this. Of course, it will have to stay within the site rules *No nudity, etc.* Other than that, the future events like this I'll refrain from making them too strict for everyone :)
