Bandicam slow? Or just for me?

Is it just me or...is the Bandicam is really slow when recording...
Drops to 20-35 fps when I'm recording (using Screen recorder-then resize it down to fit screen of the game window-since game recording doesn't work w/ MV projects).(816×624 bandicam width)

My MV game project...even In some of online games I tried to record...are slowing down...while w/o the Bandicam, everything is smooth enuff to be playable...

I'm using the MP4 format...
Is it really like this or is there something I'm missing or need to fix things ?

PC basic specs CPU:Intel I3(5th gen)
(Dunno If GPU also affects this though)

I've never used it but there I do find watching videos people made with bandicam are a bit choppy, and the quality I don't find all that good either. Could be just me though, I'm used to HD everything lol. Maybe before running it make sure you have other unneeded processed closed, try and free up as much ram and CPU as you can.

Also, in the video settings, make sure you set the FPS to your desired level. It will lower it down if you have it set to say, 30, and wanted 60.
