DMI's Fade Control - Control the fade times of map transfers and screen fades

This is a simple plugin to help control fade times for map transfers and screen fades (Fade In/Fade Out)

At the moment there are no plugin commands but I plan to add some that will allow you to alter the fade times during runtime in order to add more flexibility between actions.

I created this plugin as using Time Systems tends to take full control of any tint setups, since i like long fades i was using tint to do that.
