Hello everybody,

I got my own personal history with RPGMaker and Games made with it, enjoyed both a lot years back. Now I found RPG-Maker MV for me and decided to do something with it. I am not especially skilled in most fields of Making, but I've always loved the RMs as tools to put my ideas into shape.
I've just started a project in German language and in the process decided to enter this community. I am looking forward to being here and exchanging ideas.

Thank you, too, for the welcoming! Well, the finishing of games always is a tough thing. :D
I hope (and think) I am gonna get into making during the summer holidays.

Back 'when I was young' I used rm2k, mainly^^ A tiny bit of XP as well.

Hello and welcome, I am also from Germany and am doing a game in German language based on an old Japanese Underground RPG. However, I make my game alone. But I berwende shut Tilesets and einiege plugins from here, because they are truly wonderful.

Yeah, I am probably doing the things within the maker alone, as well. But I do exchange ideas with people definitely. And as I am not good in doing any kinds of graphics, I may seek aid and resources in this field, too. ;)

My reason I aleine work is not that many people understand in German . Apart from that are not many people this underground RPG know . Be that as I was would be glad thereof dzu hear what you have already done for games with RPG maker . This is my first game ever , it should be done sometime .

Hi and thanks for the welcome, MinisterJay. Well, what do I like most about writing ... well, I understood writing, when choosing it, as creating setting and storyline, shaping out your characters and all such stuff. As mentioned above, I see the maker as a way to bring my ideas to shape. Writing is the step in which loose ideas and concepts take a recognizable, more or less definite shape. Also I like planning and structuting things for the game, and to me, that could best be put to writing as well.

@Mr Gaming: I have never finished a game back in the days. All projects I begun, however, were more or less 'classic' rpgs, using the built-in systems for battle and stuff. Sometimes I tried them to be funny, sometimes suspenseful, sometimes epic. Usually I did them rather storydriven. As, btw, is the case in my current project.

This is similar to what I'm doing, the Story, as well as characters and places are my own idea. Only by the behavior of some of the main characters, as well as their hometowns from which they tell and some skills that will use it is clear that it is based on an another game . But all in all it is a normal RPG. It does not even in the same time as the original . In other words, it is not even really a fangame.

This can take some wiele because before a couple of months I had to start from scratch with the Projkt. As I did my hard drive defragmetiert the project was deleted irrevocably .
