How can I use titles while the game?

I mean like to start the game and after while to 'fadout' the screen, then I want to write as a title "CHAPTER ONE" and 'fadein' screen.
How can I do that? If I use text the player need to press to skip this but I remember some game it disappear by himself.

You can make "show picture" command with automatically running event and make a wait command for a few seconds and then delete picture ;) I'm sure there's a way to fade out a picture though since ive seen it in many rm2k games. Just search a bit around with the picture commands, it should be there somewhere. Hope this helps~
