How do I....

In two areas of my project, I'm having some difficulties making what I have work. One area has wall cracks that somehow make the character scale up the wall even though I have the cracks and the walls themselves set for impassable and the other area, has an "elevated" catwalk like area for the character to go up, however I can't seem to be able to set the tiles for the character to be able to walk under or on top of said catwalk...

lol I hope that all made sense.

Are you using any parallax maps? Are you using particular plugins?
Sorry it took so long to reply. I dont believe so. Only plugins I have on are the default ones that came with rpg maker.

on a side note: if i wanted to show what I was working on to get some thoughts and opinions, where would i post that? i know that has nothing to do with this current topic but it would be nice for future knowledge.

If you want a particular game screenshot critiqued, you can go to: https://rpgmakermv.co/threads/screenshot-critique.1939/

If it is a project under development, like a game concept, you could go to: https://rpgmakermv.co/forums/theory-development.14/

Could you please give screenshot examples of the areas you are having the mapping challenges?

My screenshot buttons are being dumb so heres a cell phone pic. The other area i ended up changing, but if you can explain how to make the character be able to go under and over the same tile, thatll be groovy for future knowledge.

But the below picture is one of the areas with wall cracks that im having issues with.

At some point I'll cap off what I have done and upload a demo for all you to savagely rip apart lol
