How to make the game progress bar I'm seeing at the bottom of people's profiles?

I'm curious, I've been seeing game progress bars.

I would like to know how to make one or where to get one from?

I asked this once too, it sounds like people make it themselves in Photoshop or similar programs.

I just wish I could figure out the percentage done xD

The percentage is pretty much made up I believe. A good guess between the current progress and your estimated arrival to complete. Alteneratvly you could plan your entire game using HacknPlan or another project organization tool to help you with the metrics.

My bars I got through http://www.critiquecircle.com/wordmeterbuilder.asp which I then converted into BB Code for the forums. Once one is done, you can make as many as you want, just by swapping out some details, like colour, percentage, etc.

It does not like decimals however, so it only displays whole numbers.
