Importing BGM errors?

Seeing as the thread title is rather vague, I will get straight to the point. The audio generating process that MV uses, seems to break every time I add an ogg BGM track, granted, the track IS at least 15 minutes long, could the length of the track be causing the issue? or am I missing something?; mayhaps there is a specific rule that must be adhered to in order to add a track to BGM?

This problem is not immediate, it only happens when i try to actively play that track via the Sound-Test, MV as a whole does not crash, however it can no longer utilize any audio of any kind afterwards.
The reason this has me a bit confused is because in older versions of RM, track length never seemed to be an issue, the older versions were certainly more hardy.

Screenshot of what happens when I attempt to play said track, below.

Anyone else run into this issue besides me, and know a possible fix?

I am using VLC media player to convert the track from mp3 to ogg, i did use another program beforehand to convert from mp3 to ogg, and had the same problem.

Do you get an error in console?

I wasn't aware of a patch, I will patch and try again.

EDIT: yeah, the latest patch was already implemented, sorry. I am beginning to really think it may be due to the tracks length, I have many other imported tracks and they all work fine, it's just the one I'm trying to put in that MV doesn't seem to like, I'm going to try and import a different track of a similar length to see if that replicates the same issue.
