Is it possible to have this in mv ?
a voice recorded in game ?
specificly to record and make a rpg for rap or hip hop battle stars
example an eminem rpg (if so i will work on it )
via html 5 or javascript ............ is this possible or should i just forget it .....
record from your microphone on android , or windows pc......

Yes. Yes it is. You can even go so far as to hire professional voice actors.

Just be advised. Coming from an aspiring voice actor, let me tell you this:
Unless you have a best-quality microphone (or at LEAST an entry level mic, the chepaest is the Audio Technica ATR2100USB) your game's quality will take a HUGE dip. And that could hurt you. Cast for the parts if you need to!Just make sure at least 2/3 of your game is DONE first!

that is not what i mean @Iron Croc, i mean have an ingame feature to record voice and save it for later ...... making a similar to a microphone enabled rock band-type game ..... but have it for rappers....... such as eminem songs (or whatever) and you make a rhyme to record it ..... in game... not use recordings in a game.......... but to have the game live record the "gamers /p layers voice"

yes you can do this.

I do not believe that anyone would make this. the technical difficulties implementing this is high and the chance that

1. someone knows how to do it and
2. are using RPG Maker MV and
3. Want to make this

is slim at best.
