I've added the fie extensions of .js and .psd to the Resources. So now member can upload their .js or .psd files directly using our resource uploader v.s. going to an outside website to make things easier on the members :D

Edit: I've also added .ogg files to be uploaded as well. It only makes since to allow people to upload the ogg files directly to the site as well (Leave no one behind. Not even the musicians <3)
