I've experimented with RPG Maker in the past and never gotten very far with it. I've taken in parts of the engine over time and I think I'm finally over being overwhelmed at how much work goes into making an RPG, even with RPG Maker making it a lot easier.
I've emotionally come to terms with the fact that my first project is probably going to be a dumpster fire no matter how much I prepare before starting. I'm mainly here looking for resources as I have no pixel art skills whatsoever. For some reason Google directs me towards tons of stuff made for VX Ace and almost nothing for MV. I thought MV had been out long enough for more resources to be readily available, but apparently not.
