point and click without movement ?

I want to restrict world interaction to a simple point and click interaction.
...but how ?

Do I miss something , is it possible by mere event commands ?
Are there any public scripts for RPGMAKERMV in that sense ?

Use Mouse System Ex and it will do exactly what you need. All it takes is a simple notetag in the event which you want to activate on click.
