I suggest creating subcategories.
Like here: Completed Resources ---->[MV, Ace, XP, 2003, 2000] ----> [Free, Comerical] ----> [Packages, Plugins, Audio, Fonts, Images, Misc, Non-MV Resources]
Demos and Completed Games, I do not think they should be there. It is misleading and people who download might think it is ok to just take the resources in that game without the game developer permission. I suggest creating a new box which called Project like the official website. I think it would be more organized.
