Sup, I'm new.

Heya, I've been using RPG Maker MV since February and now it's pretty much my main interest. Figured it'd be a good idea to get more involved with the community, so here I am.

I've made a couple of complete "games" so far, but now I'm at the point where I'm comfortable enough to start more serious projects. After my current project I'm going to start working full time on a game I've been planning for a pretty long time called Doubt. Despite what the name might imply, it's actually not a super serious game. It's loosely based off of a dream I had as a kid.

My main skills are probably writing and pixel art when it comes to RM games. My writing style is pretty goofy, but I can get serious/scary with some more effort.

Anyways, yeah, hoped you enjoyed my rambling. You'll probably see me around here occasionally.

Hi and welcome to the forum . Your description of your skills sounds very interesting and I have to write your agen is very dynamic . I personally like that, also I think that every game needs something goofy.

HhhahahahahahAHAHA SAME HERE.(besides the fact that my pixel art kinda sucks but my main skill is traditional/digital drawing) Welcome to the forums xD You're using rpg maker mv for such a short time but already completed several games? Wow, respect. That's pretty fast xD Somehow I'm always like "Yea, let's write some dark, gorey, and depressive thing" but it ends up like some bad comedy show with super interesting people who are always complaining about how stupid everything is xD

Yeah, I think that anything, no matter how serious, can greatly benefit from the occasional joke.

When I get motivated for something I can work pretty dang fast on it and nonstop.

I've had similar issues in the past with writing, Sometimes I end up liking the goofier version more than the original, though.

Yup, it's definitely something that comes in handy, I've been trying to improve in other areas as well though. Especially scripting, that's definitely my weakest point when it comes to mv.
