    Paris Incident

Indeed, and the investigation's ongoing. One of the gunmen had a Syrian passport and is most likely to have come through Greece. Cries of "This is for Syria" and "Allahu Akbar" were heard shouted by the gunmen. The Frenchmen involved were father and brother; they've found preliminary evidence of...

    Text in Title screen

From what I could watch (while lurking and when I could finally sign in) I thoroughly enjoyed before I had to go to work. If it IS saved I'd watch it all. Looking at the JS file, though, I can see how it'd work; I did something similar for a header/footer subtitle, which I integrated into my...

    Paris Incident

My heart goes out to them all. It's horrifying and terrifying that we can live in a world where this kind of violence exists, not that it's anything new but to see it unfold with your own eyes is very disturbing. I have nothing against religions, only against the extremism that propels it into...

    The Real You picture threddo!

This is me (and my mother's dog, Gwilym). I have very few pictures of myself, but this one's always been one of my favourites. It's an old one, but I've not changed too much. (And so goes that "mystique". Hehe!)

    Auto Shadow

Surely if you hold down Shift while placing tiles it disables the auto-shadowing (the same with previous RMs). Archeia's plugin basically offers a more permanent solution.

    Multiple Inventories

Ah, ok. I was just wondering is all. It's still a useful system nevertheless.

    Multiple Inventories

This is really cool! If the character then leaves the party, would the inventories (including recently collected items) un-merge as well?

    Movie Alphabet

Been racking my brain! And it HAS to be: Quantum of Solace!

    The Real You picture threddo!

It's always nice to put a face to a name. Maybe one day (when I actually have some decent selfies - I don't take those!) I'll add to this. But maybe not because then I'll lose my "mystique", something I've worked years on fine-honing. Haha!:pumpkin:

    I deleted my facebook

TOTALLY agree. I have two FB accounts. One is my real one, primarily used for family. And since I'm a rebellious black sheep, none of them really talks to me there anyway. Definitely don't want to see what they're eating, where they've been or which exotic country they're going on their...

    MV master plugin list

@Bizarre Monkey, thanks for that. Don't know why I didn't think of that. With mine, because of the non syncing, the title music was playing halfway through the movie. A cheap fix (for me) was to memorise the BGM and then recall it on the title screen itself. The only problem is the lag delay...

    MV master plugin list

THAT is awesome, @Bizarre Monkey! I did give in and play with it too. It tends to interfere with my Pretitle Movie script; I think I know why, but haven't looked into it too deeply yet.

    [Mapping] non-paralax Backgrounds??

@LTN Games THAT opens up a plethora of possibilities for so many purposes!

    MV master plugin list

I've been eyeing that one up very closely!!

    [Mapping] non-paralax Backgrounds??

That's actually similar to what I'm working on for my game Adventures of Tryggr, so in a way this has helped me out too, given me a few ideas as well. :) I was looking into a kind of multi-layer map/parallax semi-animated design with regional areas; the "Bind Picture to Map" might be useful as well.

Is combat required to hold the interest of someone playing an RPG Maker MV game?

I really like the concept of your game. It's the kind that you would expect to have combat, but it'd be refreshing for it not to. You have enough conceptual possibility here to make an immersive game. The key for developing this into a non-combat game would be environment and character...

What book are you currently reading?

I rarely actually read books nowadays. :X I can tell you the last book I read was Blood Faerie by India Drummond (and that was on Kindle).

    Where'd you hear about us?

And, at times, "Don't advertise your site here!" even if they led to good resources/scripts. Eventually, they relaxed a bit on that (this was in the earlier part of its formation though). Very true. And that's the way it'll likely be. I don't think there's anything wrong really with having a...

    [Mapping] non-paralax Backgrounds??

What about using Regions? Yanfly has some region plugins that sound like what you're after. Off the top of my head, I think one of them is Region Events and the other one is Region Restrictions. And I saw one somewhere (by Orange) relating to region collisions.

    Music Kaimen's MV Music Pack

You're right, not "jaunty" as in cheerful, more like jaunty in stride but with shoulders slouched. (And for the life of me I can't think of the right word.)
